Strange Question

For years I’ve checked the night before a game or morning of a game to see what the betting line is. For some strange reason our line is NEVER posted. All other games are available but ours is always missing until several hours later. This is true for each book that I look at. Does anyone have an idea why this is the case?

Yes Xavier and Creighton games listed. This has been persistent for years it always made me think there was some strange reason for it. Eventually it will post but it’s many hours after all other lines

I do recall years ago it being the case. When I gambled. Now that its more prevalent and I don't gamble I haven't checked. Was curious if it was a Big East unawareness thing. Maybe its just an SJU unawareness thing?

Lol could be. It’s very odd but there has to be a reason
 
Just checked on my sportsbook here in PA. The game is listed. The line is St. John’s -20. The money line is -110.
My analysis? While I feel a victory is coming, I’m not overly confident that it will exceed 20 points. I’m not touching this game.

Depends on who they are playing, or anyone else for that matter. Some games go listed under ncaa extra games. Those games lines are listed later in the day and its only for the game, no first halves etc. just for the game

You will see the same if Duke played central conn state
 
Thanks for clarifying guys, I will keep an eye on it. Despite not betting anymore I always check the lines for an idea of what we are in for each game. Let’s get this dub!

You are correct. In my rush to respond, I misread the chart. Correct money line numbers are: St. John’s -10000 and New Hampshire + 1600
 
Just my rule.. never bet the team you root for. Its like a double kick in the nuts.
 
When college football dies down the NY Post sports page on line will carry the college BB point spreads and usually SJU is among them.
