BTW>.. i just called back and was told that they could not talk to me about tickets now cause they have an 11am womens game and they cant sell men's game tickets until after the women's game is over. Do not mean to be rude to the women's team but I can not imagine they have more than 500 fans for an 11am game on a wednesday when school is on break.
This is absurd...... could you imagine any other D1 program in the country operating like this. Another sign of the dysfunction of the athletic department.

Melissa, who was the assistant ticket manager under Dennis Myron was promoted to Dennis' position when he retired. Instead of replacing her old position, they staff it with students, which is likely why you weren't treated with the full respect and attention it deserved.
Another example of Bobby G. running a nickel and dime show there.
On that subject, he obviously cannot be bothered to reply to alumni emails. A little ridiculous but I could get a reply from Father Peter if I wrote to him today, and I no longer have kids at Villanova. I wonder if anyone here (other than board members) have gotten the benefit of a reply from him.
