Gibbs is trying to and seems likely to play this year
Gibbs has as much of a chance of getting an exception as Polee had....slim to none. Gibbs was told at UT that his minutes would decrease next year and that is the only reason for the transfer.

Gibbs has more concrete example than Polee. I've heard its very likely he gets it.

I watched a CNN editoral on the kid Carr. He seemed pretty sincere in his committment to the Hall. Someone mentioned academics as being an issue. If he can't make the Hall, what other school is he attending?? UNLV??

Yes, with his brother getting ready to move overseas he'll be needed to provide more assistance to his family. ; )

Carr said he’s looking forward to getting to Seton Hall in 2013 and making them better.
“I’m definitely going to Seton Hall, they’re definitely my dream school,” he said.

I'm not the only one who knows Carr has some pretty bad academics and some other issues. If he signs his LOI and ends up there I will eat crow. But I'm a betting man and I'd bet on him never ending up there.

The buzz -- though not officially verified -- on setonhall.rivals is that Gibbs will have to sit out a year, although the ruling will be appealed.
