Starting date for practices /

I think practice start stays the same. Big East/FOX event is just at a later date. Every year, some teams have their "Midnight Madness" event on different dates. Nova has usually been a week after the official start.

EDIT: I stand corrected. This year, teams can practice starting 2 weeks earlier than usual but no more than 30 days of practice before the first regular season game. (Per Wikipedia)
 
Will any of the time practicing for the trip and the games in europe count among the 30 allowed days ??
