When I was Training Director at Creedmoor I had Captain Frank Bolz, a family friend and head of the NYPD hostage negotiation team formed after the Munich disaster, teach a class on crisis response to Creedmoor's Behavior Crisis Team (there was another team for emergency medical response). One would suspect that he and Dr. Schlossberg interacted frequently.
