Hey, Northern Arizona is a great program and did earn a 15 seed. We were a 2 seed but must have been tired from the BE T.

Would you rather be a 15 seed from Northern Arizona playing a 2 seed from Queens in Southern Arizona or a 2 seed from Northern Arizona playing a 15 seed from Queens in Brooklyn? Think that seeding had anything to do with the coach from Queens claiming that the NCAA had dressed up like the Gestapo and raped him repeatedly in his own bed? Probably not. And fortunately Jarvis and all of his players and assistants were cleared of any wrongdoing. If it weren't for a pesky Gonzaga team we might have seen a storybook ending.

If you think the Man Upstairs has any interest in Saint John's except as an object lesson that all earthly travails end in grief and sorrow I think you sadly mistaken. A more likely scenario is that this is hell and rooting for Saint John's is the punishment.

i was talking about the president of st johns and etc lol

and if you think being a red storm fan is a punishment then why be a redstorm at all?
 
I read the Alkins thread , started to get excited about the future, thought about the 80s when we did compete w the big boys. Finished the regular season w a number 3 ranking ,3 times, if my memory serves me right. Than I read the title of this thread and back to reality. 16 years wo an NCAA win,I got to give the fans on this site credit for their loyalty. Let's hope Mullin et al, can turn things around, we have suffered enough.
