So who gets KT's playing time?

If there was ever any doubt, it's clear now that we'll be playing a 3 guard lineup almost all of the time.
I think this injury benefits Branch, Greene, and Felix too. One of them will always have to be in the game probably.
Dom and Amar will be pure PFs now.

Was not impressed by thomas in open scrimmage last week at msg. I think christian is way more athletic. That said it hurts the depth chart

Don't expect much more than 5 minutes from Adonis but Joey is a man and will get more minutes than some think. Pointer should get most of the Thomas minutes but like it or not this team will play small most games with 4 guards at times.

The "man" you refer to is a freakin' walk-on.
Joey does look much more in shape then his brother, but I don't know about his skill level. Still, he'll probably get a few minutes per night. Might as well. After all, whatever you're going to get out of him is coming this year.
Villanova has been successful with the 4 guard approach the last few years, so it can be done. However, if the doom-and-gloomers are right (and I don't know if they are or aren't), and we are going down the drain this year anyway, I would like to see us play a defensive style that makes the old Nolan Richardson defense seem like it was meant to slow the game down. Might as well go down in an entertaining fashion, and it might even be the best way for us to go anyway. Having an Obekpa at the end of that is a nice advantage.

THAT, my friend, will be a big contribution given the fouls that will be collected by our front line. Joey is trying to earn a ship for next semester and will be highly motivated. He is a far cry from Stone Mountain and is built like a 27 year old. All the staff wants from him is to do is clog the middle and grab a bound or two.

I think we actually agree. Five fouls will be a contribution....especially hard fouls. The Adonis boys love to eat and Tony Chiles has been tasked with getting them in shape for Big East play. As a result of the Thomas fiasco Joey will go from warming the bench to playing more than anyone here expected. Unfortunately, this panic driven staff now will likely not redshirt Adonis.
