Guys even if/when they give you privileges they won't respond to your posts. The same 10 people are having a text conversation on the internet. I mean the won't even let Maven post and I have over 100 posts and control this board.
 
I also got to tell you the topics get HiJacked all the time. They are talking about Mussini's English and watching Yo La Tengo live. They are trashing some guy named Jumbo Peanut because he accidentally got into their text messages.

Welcome, Moses.

Post in this forum, which you currently have access to. The folks here fall into two categories: (1) new members like you; (2) folks who have been "demoted" because they couldn't comply with the site rules.

The moderators keep an eye on this form and posters who appear able to tolerate the site rules are "promoted" to full status.

Some things to keep in mind:

1. Stay on topic in a thread or forum.
2. No cursing, no personally derogatory remarks about SJU players, staff, etc.
3. Proper respect for the clergy, etc.
4. No baiting, trolling, calling out, etc other posters (this one is a challenge for many)
5. No spamming the site (you don't need to say the same thing over, and over, and over again).
6. No derogatory references to race, color, creed, ethnicity, etc etc etc. If you aim for political correctness, you can't go wrong.
7. Remember that the basic purpose of the site is to support SJU athletics, which means that folks who are fundamentally fans of other teams and are just here to throw rocks don't last long.

SO how are we supposed to move up if there is little to no activity on this forum?

When does Big Bad John and Jumbo get called up? They have proven they are solid posters (at least compared to the others on the "Cool" People Board).

I will be the king of the Rookies FOREVER!
 
Has anyone got the call to the show yet? I think we might have to wait until the rosters expand in September. I actually got sent down to Rookie league short season. At least it was to the Cyclones so I don't have to uproot my family.
