Either do Cobblestones Pub which is about a mile or two away, has an outdoor biergarten tons of tvs. Great spot. or Nikko Japanese spot across street from campus

If you’re looking for Italian you could do Acquista (across the street) or Luigi’s a little further down Union tpke

A friend suggested r the Filmore Pub in Fresh Meadow. About a 5 minute drive from campus. Heard owner is SJU alum but haven't verified that. I'm going to Austin Ale House because I'll be in Forest Hills before the game, but plan on trying Filmore at some point soon. Good luck.

Acquista can’t be beat for casual dining. I make it a point to eat there whenever I am even remotely close by.

Filmore’s is a great little spot. I used to bring my staff there for lunch or dinner several times a year.
