If no Lee, I go all out to convince Wagner to portal and still add Lewis as heir apparent. By next year I’m sure Wagner will move on. Tricky stuff.
You’d think with this coach in this market with this roster and lots of $$$ there’s gotta be one PG out there for us.

I love how people mock and poke us w minor bumps (Lee) - we’re about to pluck a superstar back home from Chapel Hill - that’s literally never happened.
To boot we’re still benefiting from Sim choosing us while Cadeau fell flat for them. Back to back recruiting wins over UNC was beyond comprehension no less than 3 years ago.
Out of the box thinking but over the last 3-4 months I’ve likened us with Auburn football, right in the mix, riddled with stars, just need to get over the hump. Hopefully our haul makes me think we’re Alabama soon enough.

You would think, but market seems sparse. Imo, it is the most difficult and expensive portal position to fill this cycle for top shelf guys.

Assuming Jackson is popping for us soon, I equate the current roster as having the most dominant F1 car on the grid, but having this guy drive it! Make a last push to X and give him the keys! If not, hoping we pull a viable leader out to portal.

And to be clear, we have so many weapons in the fold we just need a floor general. Thornton and DJ aren’t what we need IMO. We need a guy with a nice handle, can defend like a pit bull on the ball and can distribute the ball in the half court. That’s it!

It is such a bummer to keep losing key guards to Florida I am confident Pitino will find a good PG but Lee is a difference maker kind of player.
