Beautiful day for a ball game

Wish I could have been there instead of watching my daughter take both the first loss and first blown save of her career today. You guys seem a lot more happy than I was.:lol:

And I almost forgot the best story of the day because it involves Ralph my fellow misery loves company fan.OLV72 Balances us off. Anyway today NO JOKE Ralph asks if anyone ever hits home runs at our stadium. I dont think I've ever seen a home run here. ( literally within 2 pitches the Italian Kid hits a home run to left !! The The next batter hits a blast to right center !!! Everyone In our section heard Ralph ask the HR question and then BOOOOOOOM !!! "

Superstition now compels him to attend every home game, sit in the same spot, and ask the question at the same point of the game from here on out.

She's unfortunately been spoiled by our local pro team, so it's been hard to make her sit through a St. John's game in its entirety. These kids out here don't realize how good they've got it.

Well we know how that went :)
