Can't really debate.

Realy looking forward to seeing Dunn as a senior.
If he can plug some of the holes in his game, he can be an All-BE performer.

I dont think you can agrue that the duke is most improved.

Dunn as mvp???? I dont know about that. But i guess the question would be, if not dunn, who? And i am struggling to come up with an answer.

I think there is a legitimate argument for Earlington.

The reason its tough to pick an mvp is because everyone was inconsistant. There was not one guy you could count on night in and night out to step up.

LJs advisor wasn’t happy about the awards. I didn’t see the tweet before it deleted. The advisor and Zach B are now in a twitter feud.

I seen the tweet, all the advisor said was they weren't surprised they didn't recognize LJ, then he deleted it and accused Zach of stalking his page and being mad that he won't return his calls, and claiming that fans are threatening him in DMs because of Zach.

TBH, LJ leaving seems like a bullet dodged, too much drama, all that stuff would have been a distraction. His advisor shouldn't have tweeted anything, he left the team after a couple of months of stringing them along, of course he wasn't getting an award, why make a tweet on it, especially when nobody even asked him anything about it lol... he was just looking for attention and trying to make the staff look bad and it back fired, now he's playing victim and trying to make it like Zach is sending fans out to threaten him. If I was Zach I'd block the guy and move on.

“Advisors” are one of the worst things about college basketball.

I’ve made my peace with losing LJ, far more important things going on obviously.

My last thing I’ll say about it is I hope whatever LJ is doing, I hope HE wants to do it. And some shady advisor isn’t forcing his hand. Just hope he wants this and is happy with his situation

it wasnt as if LJ was putting us on his back night in and night out. Outside of the 1st half of the AZ game, I barely remember him being a go to guy at any point in the season.

I remember dunn being big in spots, I remember Earlington carryng us a few games, I remember greg williams dominating in the creigton game, I remember Champy playing big in some games etc.

Outside of the 1st half of the AZ game, when was LJ dominant at all this season that the mvp should have clearly been his?

What kind of award was Arias expecting? His boy isn’t on the team any more: SJU awards are for SJU team members.

Think about it. Who did coach set up for the last shot, not LJ.

When a guy enters season as a 2nd team All BE performer and doesn’t even make honorable mention, it is a fail - he shouldn’t expect any accolades. Had he not left, maybe he gets the award. But, it would only be on rep.

Dunn has a few things that he needs to work on but he is, at minimum, an elite man on man defender and penetrator - and I believe he is a leader.

Maybe Dunn was selected MVP because they let Monte make the selection. ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) :) Hey Monte please check your PMs already.
