New lacrosse coach in his second year. Good coach, gonna give it a few years but we are still abysmal. Losing to multitude of brand new to-D1 teams as an established D1 team. Not sure what the issue is whether lack of university support or what? Can’t believe we are being crushed by likes of Richmond, Jacksonville and St. Joe’s as a Big East team. Not fathomable.
 
My friend co worker was a captain of team about 10+ years ago. He met w/ new coach when they were playing here in Charlotte a few weeks ago. He was very high on coaches direction and was told they could have a good recruiting class and they need more support.

Coach is abysmal , no accountability, not a strong leader, players disengaged, team is gassed by halftime , poor product on the field, unable to make proper game adjustments or substitutions. Talks a good game but his product shows on the field 💩
 
Send em packing NOW before you waste another 3 years of mediocrity at best . 2 wins in 2 years and getting blown out shows his gross inexperience overall as a head coach and his coaching principles. SJU deserves better! AD better get a grip on it!
 
according to OLV72 they beat Marquette today who was picked to finish 3rd in the big east and have won 4 of 5

Looks like 3/4 and haven’t beat anyone with a winning records. Wins over powerhouse programs Queens and Le Moyne.
