I am figuring any day now. They put the preseason Timberwolves game on sale about two months before.

If by school you meant St. John's yeah they will hook you up with tickets. On November 10th. Thankfully the game is on TV.

Trying to work out a way for Mt Rushmore also. It's so far away driving. I think 6 hours. But might end up now going to colorado beforehand then driving to Mt Rushmore and staying in whatever city that is near ( rapid city ? ) then driving thru the badlands etc over to sioux city for the game and going home that sunday.

Or try to work rushmore in another way with different travel scenario.

I really want to get a picture with Rushmore in the background wearing my SJU gear. It;s kind of a running joke with Nathalie that every place we go I bring some sort of SJU gear for pictures

I actually just took my family to Mt. Rushmore for vacation. It's in the western part of the state (Rapid City) and there is much more to do there than just the National Memorial. Be sure to check out the Badlands and Custer State Park!

I'm probably going to drive to the game. It's a nine hour drive for me. I go to the games a few times a year in New York when I go visit my family in the month of January, but I think it will be really cool to see them play in of all places South Dakota.... That drive across one side of SD to the other is for the birds. Prepare to see signs for Wall Drug every mile if you drive it.
