Am sure, but buckets of money seems a reach, moving on.Sim said it on the Vice doc that teams have reached out to him last year and this year. So I'm sure that's the case.

All it takes is oneDon't think we'd lose him to a better offer money wise. Think it would be same money or slightly less for a guarantee of starting. How many teams in power conferences would do that?
I very much hope so. Maybe I’m an antique but I enjoy watching kids like Zuby and Sim grow over time as players. If it’s close I prefer the kid who’s been here over the shiny new toy but that’s just me.They check stats too, but whatever. Let’s see how this plays out. Who knows if they are trying to work something out to keep him here.
I wasn’t criticizing him. I was pointing out that some of his limited production was due to persistent foul trouble. I’ve been very vocal that I’d like him to staySim has not even declared yet and everyone is pointing out his faults!
To quote LMF.....that's driving out a player who isn't even in the portal.
I get that NC and frankly I want to have great season, but may move to Borneo next portal cycle when we try to fill the roster again.I very much hope so. I disagree. Sim was limited in part bc he consistently got into foul trouble
Have any in mind? All it takes is one
Because Zuby had a tremendous season first team all BE and could have considered entering name in draft Sim not so much. And yet Zuby felt the need to make an explicit announcement.
Agreed. But it’s a two way street. It’s tough when coach recruits over you via the portal.I very much hope so. Maybe I’m an antique but I enjoy watching kids like Zuby and Sim grow over time as players. If it’s close I prefer the kid who’s been here over the shiny new toy but that’s just me.
Sim was asked to take a pay cut maybe? Just kidding, no idea what happens behind the scenes. But wouldn't be surprisedBecause Zuby had a tremendous season first team all BE and could have considered entering name in draft Sim not so much.
I love sim and want him back, but was it really that vast? The difference for sim between freshman and sophomore year was vast. Who’s to say he doesn’t make another leap this year? I hope he stays and look forward to watching him.
I would say on the defensive end for sure. On offense, his Sophomore year stats were way down in FG% and 3P%.The difference for sim between freshman and sophomore year was vast. Who’s to say he doesn’t make another leap this year? I hope he stays and look forward to watching him.
No.I love sim and want him back, but was it really that vast?

I don’t know I remember him being at least decent by the end of his freshman year, remember him hitting some nice midranges especially in the white out game against CreightonKid was a complete liability as a freshmen.
I would go with vast

I expected him to be a lot better than he was his sophomore year
No doubt, I think his minutes increase, his reps, and being able to play in a bunch of high stakes games will all contribute to a better junior year. I like him and want him backI agree, Jack. I think he got some valuable experience this year and is ready to get more aggressive on the offensive end.
Vast was the space you left between us and our 114 crew when you walked down the aisle carrying multiple beersKid was a complete liability as a freshmen.
I would go with vast
