Would love to get him, but the question is: Why would a kid with his upside (from Texas, no less) want to leave a Minnesota team that's 4-14 in the Big Ten (15-16 overall) for a 3-13 St. John's team that's in the BE cellar?

He would come to St. John's because we have two Hall of Fame coaches and Matt is an expert transfer recruiter!

I would rather Mullin recruit 2 star talent rsther than to stoop to paying for players. The whole AAU, sneaker and handler circus has created such unfair competition that the FBI should arrest coaches like Miller to set an example.

Magic Johnson's son roomed next door to my Godson at the Union Square dorms while at NYU. The kid had a voracious appetite for extremely expensive fashion. He never was in need of money and I suspect neither is Shaq 's kid.
