However if you experience problems accessing the site beyond that, it may be that your local DNS cache (your computer, router or modem) or that of your ISP (internet service provider) needs to be flushed. You can do a search on your favorite search engine for how to accomplish this. Don't assume that because you have some big name ISP that they are diligent about such things. In my experience the larger ISPs are usually the worst at these kind of details.
