I think Mecha Godzilla is making an appreance. Watch the trailer first couple of seconds of it, I think you see him when the camera is on the staircase. Can't wait for this movie!

How about Godzilla Jr?  I still remember one of the from so long ago with Sr/Mom stomping on Jr's foot to get Junior to breathe out that ray blast / electrical blast. 

BTW is Godzilla a female or male? I always assumed female, but Godzilla Jr. might imply the big one is a guy.
I'm not sure the translators really thought that one through.

Just watched Mighty Joe Young on TCM the other day. Favorite movie as a kid. Remember coming home each day from grade school and watching it every day Monday thru Friday at 4:30pm CH 9 on the Million Dollar Movie. Joe was my favorite giant gorilla over King Kong.
