Seniors & Carnesecca Arena

Not sure if this Saturday is officially "Senior Night" since we have 2 more games at MSG. In fact I think the only promo I know about for Saturday is the Malik Sealy Bobblehead give away. That being said, I hope all of us in attendance make it a point to perhaps yell a bit louder and clap a bit harder for this team, in particular for the seniors. They have been through many ups & downs over the years. I think we can all agree that results aside, this is a group that has really gone all out for the University and I for one would love nothing more than to see them walk out of their on campus arena with a victory on Saturday. So I hope all of you come early, wear red, & more importantly stand & cheer as often as possible. For those who don't know, there will be a group of Seton Hall students & fans at the game, lets make them completely irrelevant.

Unless their bus goes to MSG again!

Historically hasn't senior night/day always been at Carnesecca/Alumni?

It used too be, but at least the last two years have been at the Garden (DePaul 2014 and Marquette 2013). Personally I think it should ALWAYS be the last game at Carnesecca to properly thank the seniors. Obviously I didn't get a vote in this decision.

Funny, the last Senior night I have vivid recollection of is 2011. It as a big class and the event was memorable. I have vague recollction of one where one or two walkons and a team manager were honored. The other is a total blank.

This year, with the fantastic group being honored, will be a good one.
