It's ok. Soon, they'll be playing all their sports in the south. They'll be South Carolina's team soon and competing with Clemson for Orange supremacy.

There is a thread on this already.

From what is understood, Syracuse itself has very little to do with the sign being there (other then approving it obviously), and it is not costing them a dollar.

Brandon Steiner (the memorbilia maven who has a deal with the Yankees) is a Cuse alum, and he took care of all of it. Would be nice if Repole could do the same for us at Citifield, though he has no obligation to do so, obviously. Wouldn't make me feel any better as a Yankees fan, though.
