Sampson and Harkless on your TV Screen

Missed the first half, but the box score shows Sampson and Harkless on the same floor (maybe not at the same time) as Orlando plays Philadelphia. Moe got 9 minutes to only 3 for Sampson. Our only 2 NBA players at the moment. It makes the NBA almost worth watching.

Hopefully Briscoe is watching :)

Moe with 6 points (on 3-4 shooting), and 4 boards in 17 minutes of action, as the Magic won by two.

Jakarr only played 4 minutes, but did manage to score his first 2 points.

I don't know if that would be a good thing or a bad thing if he were watching......

Yes, its great that we have two players in the league...but those are also two players who are basically riding the pine.

Players like Briscoe are used to playing almost every minute of every game they play, and are typically the stars of those games. For them, its not good enough to just make a team in the league, they want and expect to be playing and contributing.

At one point Moe and Jakarr were boxing each other out under the hoop during a free throw.

And, as far as Moe getting posterized, it's gonna happen a lot. If you remember, Patrick Ewing was always getting posterized, but it's because he actually tried to play defense. And the fact that Moe is on the receiving end of these strong offensive moves is because he has the ability and the will to challenge these shots, just like Ewing did. Not gonna get all of 'em.
BTW, look the hell out for KJ McDaniels (the guy who did the posterization). He's gonna be a beast and not just offensively. This kid just might lead the league in blocks someday and he's a 6'6" wing player. He blocked the 7-footer Vucevic, face-up, under the rim last night and gave James Harden fits the other night. Off topic-sorry, but he's very impressive.

Both teams were 0-4. The Magic GM needs to be fired if he is going to let Harkless rot for 31 year old Woods in a season they won't compete for anything.

I've never heard of half of Philly's roster. They look like a sure thing for the lottery.

At $570K league minimum I believe he will take it.
