Rysheed drafted into D-league

Good for RJ. Hope it helps prep him for an NBA career.

I remember thinking he was a kid you could root for when he joined us. He was carrying a lot of family responsibility on his shoulders and seemed like a young guy forced to grow up fast.

Even though his time at SJU didn't go as planned, I'll be happy if this is the next stepping stone for him.

While initially it may aapear being close to home would be good for a kid like Jordan, but i really think he could have benefitted from more distance from his crew. Clearly ny was too close to philly. He could benefit from isolating himself and focusing on his craft. Hopefully im wrong, I wish him nothing but the best. Talented kid, now its time to show off that talent and develop his game

In the short term getting to play in Delaware/Philly is the best thing for him. In the long run he would be best served going far away.

Queens was too far away for him. This is the best thing for him. Maybe one day finds himself on end of 76er bench.

Being in the end of the 76ers bench would be the worst thing that could happen to Sheed.

I think him being closer to Philly is the worst thing possible for him. I think he would've benefitted the most from going to Europe and getting away from home.

Imagine what his coaching staff is going to think when he goes home to Philly every off day he has this season.
