Rutgers University v. Big East Conference

amazing, the scum that made up this conference. I wonder how true their claims are. Meanwhile we watch Maryland's case against the ACC. That might reflect on this.

I think it is an interesting argument but I thought the other schools had or were paying their fee and there was only some agreement on the 27 month rule
If the BE hasnt been collecting the withdrawal fees then shame on them and no wonder the Conference is in shambles
 
THINK RUTGERS WILL WIN CASE.....DID BIG EAST SPLIT COLLECTED MONEYS FROM EXITING SCHOOLS AND DIVIDE WITH REMAINING MEMBERS....THEY CAN ARGUE THAT MANY OF THE VOTERS FOR THE 10 MIL PENALTY LEFT AND CONTESTED TIME/$$$.........IF LEAGUE LOSES,IT COULD BREAK UP,WHICH IS GOOD FOR CATHOLIC BB SCHOOLS.....NEVER WOULD HAVE HAPPENED IF PENN STATE HAD JOINED...IF NOTRE DAME WAS FORCED TO JOIN IN ALL SPORTS.........AND IF ACC SCHOOLS WERE APPROACHED TO JOIN B.E. IN STEAD OF VICE VERSA..
