Curly Neal and Meadowlark Lemon were amazing. I think they helped promote basketball much more than they were ever given credit for.

When I was in grammar school, on the 70s, he and the Globe Trotters came to my school on LI and played their typical show in our gym. Remember it like it was yesterday. It was a great show in such an intimate setting.
