Former St John's and MLB All Star Rich Aurilia competed in a special "team" event tonight on Guy's Grocery Games on Food Network. Four teams, each consisting of a professional athlete and a professional chef, competed in three rounds of competition, with the winning team having the potential to earn $30,000 for their favorite charity.

Rich and his partner, Chef Robert Irvine, came in second place. A lot of fun to watch. Nice to see a former Johnnie doing good work for a very good cause.

I know - if I watched this, I must have no life!!
