I think it would be great to have events where the members of this board meet to socialize . A few years ago we met at SJU , jarvis was supposed to be there but Louis took his place and was very gracious . Anyone have any suggestions for an event ?
 
Great idea, it was a similar idea that led to the Lapchick Initiative discussion and now we have an event next month.. Maybe we can have our own "unofficial official" kickoff the 2014 season event around the Midnight Madness weekend. I'm sure there are plenty of sports bars in the city that would offer up some good specials if we have enough of a turnout.
 
We have been meeting up before and after games for years now. Usually the usual suspects show up and occasionally more.
 
Please not at sly fox, that place is such a dump now a days. It has deteriorated so much. there needs to be new bars opened up near campus.
