Chances are if you are reading this, you care about St. John's basketball.

Chances also are if you are reading this, you aren't a red-white member.

If you post here frequently, even without season tickets, consider a membership in Red White.

If we are going to be able to upgrade facilities at any time in the near future, every single dollar donated to the athletic department helps. Consider that right now, we are without an equipment manager because of budget cuts. Consider that even $100 would buy a few gallons of paint, or a few yards of carpet, etc. For as little as $100, membership has its benefits such as access to some special events (recently expanded zoom pregame chalktalks with Coach Pressey is an example), attend pre- and postgame meals and receptions at home games (a really nice way to attend a game), and other special events.

More than that, with a new president coming in this February, we need to prove to him that there indeed is a real fan base who is passionate about st. john's basketball that is active and supporting our program. A donation to red white is an indication to Father Shanley that there is a solid core of fans that can be built upon. A donation to red white is an indication to Mike Cragg that maybe just maybe we can raise the kind of funds necessary to develop a first class operation.

Consider a Christmas gift of the Red White club for yourself or a family member. This is the kind of gift that will help St. John's, our athletic teams, and to a large extent help them to put a product on the court and fields that we can all be proud of.

If you feel close enough to the program to post here frequently, please consider this:

On the previous link, there are instructions on who to call. Nick Vendikos or Paul Sclafani can help.

That's great that you support Tobin. Most of my attention has been to the AD and one other cause at SJU but I am planning on meeting with the Dean of Pharmacy School soon.

I'd love to see a high percentage of us here in RW. It's clear everyone here recognizes the need for improvements in the athletic department and RW is there to support those needs and initiatives.

This is a great week to make christmas gift to sju by supporting RW.

I believe there were valid reasons for not donating to alma mater in the past, but with apparent competency finally returned to the positions of president, athletic director and basketball coach, and with the school in financial distress, this would be the right time to step up and donate.

If I recall correctly , the Pharmacy School still maintains high ratings Academically and has always held a outstanding Reputation . Pharmacists likely know more about Drugs and how they work better than Doctors . That’s why even doctors will tell you, Consult your Pharmacist as to drug interactions , etc .

I've said this before and will say it again....you can also become a monthly sustainer for St. John's athletics. You can tell them that you'd like to contribute a specific amount each month and it will automatically charged to a credit card. It can be as low as $5 and believe me, $5 every month adds up. I do a monthly amount because It's much easier for me to give a set amount each month instead of one large donation. It makes a difference and it will be appreciated.

In lieu of my tickets this year, I donated the cost of the 2 tickets to the University (in addition to our annual RW donation). Get it done by the end of December for tax purposes. It can be done on line by credit card so you can even get "miles".

We all see the need to donate to SJU athletics thru the Red & White Club but all branches of the University need money! I elected to contribute of both the Red & White Club and the Tobin School of Business! Problem solved!!
