bad timing for the team. don't they all hang out for parties and stuff after tip off? we may have a tired team for the exhibition......Fun fact 2 chains was a college bball player
Also cool that this is the night before the exhibition. Keep the buzz rolling into the next day.
What a great opportunity for new staff to enforce their rules and culture.bad timing for the team. don't they all hang out for parties and stuff after tip off? we may have a tired team for the exhibition......
i'm all for rules and culture. but this is a night of celebration. do the guys need to go home early? miss the concert? is that the culture we want?the team deserves to have fun on this one night before things get real serious. What a great opportunity for new staff to enforce their rules and culture.
I disagree about the poor planning. I think this will be a weekend long celebration and media buzz for the program. Huge recruiting weekend with I’m sure tons of alumni and former players around.i'm all for rules and culture. but this is a night of celebration. do the guys need to go home early? miss the concert? is that the culture we want?the team deserves to have fun on this one night before things get real serious.
anyway, game doesn't matter. bad planning by the school IMO.
it wasn't until about age 27 that a BEC/gatorade DIDN't do the job after a long night out.... these kids will be fineI disagree about the poor planning. Not trying to be snarky, I’m sure others feel the same way as you. I doubt having the scrimmage means the players are gonna be in bed by 10. It is possible to have a great night without sacrificing the next day. Of course, in college I probably disagreed with that logic.![]()
