Thank you for those of you who took the time. I really appreciate it. I rarely get any critical feedback and it is useful.

I've gotten 33 so far which is about 1/3 of the number of views. I'm going to unsticky it since I think it may actually get more views unstickied... After that I will take this post down in a few hours.
