Providence game

5601 is the capacity of Carnesecca Arena.

Last night we whipped a likely tourney team on their home floor in what could have or should have been a sound drubbing.

Our team stepped out big time and showed heart.

Seton Hall limited ticket sales to 1000 out of 1300, only sold to students, and sold all 1000 seats.   Had we played them at the Prudential Center, they likely would have sold 10x that many at least.

Next week we will play Providence on our home court.   It's a great opportunity to split the season series with them, a key component of a successful season.  Imagine 5601 loud fans giving us a huge home court advantage.

Tickets are available, and they are cheap.   It's a late game so traffic and parking on campus is not an issue.

I think anyone who lives in the NYC metro area and considers themselves a fan should buy tickets.   There are really no excuses.

While I'd love to see comments, what i'd really love to see are responses with ticket receipts.

Our team left it all on the court last night and made a strong case for their heart AND talent.    Show up.

I wish I could I am down in Florida but I am seriously thinking of hopping on a SWA flight out of PBI to be there!

I originally wasn't going because it is a 9pm start, or later depending on the prior game.  That said, Beast convinced me.  win or lose against Nova, I want to be there against PC.  If anyone else is on the fence, let's just do it.  There's nothing better than a BE game at Carnesseca.

All good stuff.

But funny how we always go to that Dark place

Years of practice....

Trying to over analyze Beast's words on BIG/Huge to see if any clues before news gets dropped

Nate Watson out with the sniffles ?
The mysterious grad transfer big from the Mullin Era finally found his way to Queens and suiting up for Providence game ?
Gonzaga joining the BIG East ?

It's called a conditioned response. /media/kunena/emoticons/wink.png/media/kunena/emoticons/smile.png

Regardless of what happens at Nova, this is a huge game.   I do hope we get a strong crowd.

Beast....regarding excuses, there are about 4,000 backless seat reasons not to attend.  But, I will be there for sure.  /media/kunena/emoticons/cool.png

I knew you would. You are a great and loyal fan

Regarding your comment, every effort is being made to make CA a place all of our fans would be proud to call home.  A lot behind the scenes that may or may not be doable.  The goal is to make CA a real home court advantage with real fans packing the place.
