It is open to non Red White. Here are the particulars from STJ-

Be sure to join us at Stout NYC! Raffle tickets will be sold at the door, with prizes including: two BIG EAST Tournament final-round tickets (Saturday, March 16); a $75 gift card to Feile Restaurant in NYC; and an escorted golf threesome to Nassau County Country Club.

After our reception, St. John's will tip off against Villanova at 7 p.m.
