Would be great if we could give Keita 5 minutes or so against SH, but that's probably asking too much.

I was thinking and hoping for the same exact thing NCJohnnie.

Sacred Heart scores 81.6 PPG, but they allow 81.9.

They attempt 22 3's on average (which is not a ton in today's game), and make them at the usual 35% or so.

My guess is, they like to get it going up and down. That would be fatal for them, against our guards.

Walking around today sporting my St. John's hat. Can't tell you how many times I was stopped with someone saying that they are "having a good season" or "can't wait to see what happens during Big East" schedule. Totally un-scientific but the hat usually goes unnoticed.
Good time to keep up the good play. Team deserves the recognition.

I am not sure of this, but from what I have heard Keita will not be returning for the Big East opener. He may come back in January at some point, but we will likely have to continue to play with our current rotation for a bit longer.

Honestly that’s fine.. I want him 100% when he’s back. We will survive as is until he’s ready...

95.4% chance of victory, according to BPI.

This will almost certainly be the last time this season, that we see that high of a victory chance.

Gonna have to miss tonight's game; may catch the last few minutes on my phone. Just hoping we get a win, get Heron untracked and stay away from any injuries. As Chicago would say, "Let's go Johnnies!"

This thread will close shortly.
Please continue to post on the GAME-TIME thread.

Doubt he will be effective first few games so I fully expect us to begin conference play at 2-2.
