Postponed game tickets at CA

Anyone else having an issue with tickets for the two postponed games at CA not showing up in their Redstorm App or Ticketmaster account anymore.     It’s like they cancelled the games and they vanished and not sure how to access them to get replacement / new tickets.     One set I got from the box office and the office via stubhub.   

any help is appreciated 
 
My guess is that if the games are rescheduled, they will show up in your account as game tickets with a new date.   If they are not rescheduled, I'm also guessing the Athletic Department will offer the option of some kind of compensation, for example a credit on next year's tickets, or monetary compensation.

The plan right now is reschedule, but who the heck knows how Covid will play out.
