Welcome back, Leaf - good to see you.

Finding high school stats is not easy. I remember seeing 29% at some point in his final HS season. With his combination of excellent strength and athleticism, he doesn't have to be a high % outside shooter to be successful, especially in CMA's system.

From what I've seen definitely not a shooter first, but can keep teams honest. Would expect him to at least be in low 30% range from 3.
Is he anything like Levance Fields who used to play for Pitt?
If I had to make a comparison Fields would be someone I would compare him too. Khalid El-Amin from UConn also would be a good comparison. But, we shall see.

There is no official book in HS for stats beyond points and the official score. Shooting %, rebounds, FT % even are not kept in any central place. IT's up to coaches to report them accurately or as accurately as possible. Since HS coaches want their kids to get noticed by colleges, things like rebounds, shooting %, assists , etc, are either bloated, or even fabricated.

Why compare Posh to those players? Because of his physique?

Based on what I've seen from Alexander, he doesn't compare to either one as Alexander is extremely explosive. Neither El-Amin or Fields had that sort of explosiveness off the floor.

Posh had a 60+ point game this year with over 6 treys if I remember. Can’t leave him open for sure.

Was thinking the same thing. Also El-Amin was a really good shooter if you left him open. He thrived on that. He'd make you pay and then taunt you afterwards as the total douchebag package. He used that (and cheating) to make up for his weak areas. Posh looks like a bruiser but he is also lightning quick and very athletic. Expecting more drive and dish than taking open looks.

Jmo Yes you can learn to shoot better improving form ,follow thr and positioning etc but great shooters are born with it . I know will have a lot who will disagree but I personally never seen a shooter who shot poorly from 3 become a flat out great shooter Take Mullin
Was great in Hs great in college just my-undocumented and not searched opinion

I don't see the El-Amin comparison. While shorter and stocky both, El-Amin couldn't jump over a phone book and Posh is uber athletic. That being said El-Amin was a great player and I hope Posh has the same type of career.

Yes Dink, my comparison was solely based on size and physique.

Well isn't that why they compared Jayne Mansfield to Marilyn Monroe? ;) :)

I would say he is somewhere between Dunn & G Will shooting wise. Not a consistent 3 point shooter but more of a microwave guy, i would guess he shoots between 25-33% this year.

I think were all gonna love Posh especially in this system. For the rankings people out there, he may not of been top 100 but he is damn good and there were games last year where he was playing against so called 5 star kids and looked like the best player on the court. Has some things to work on but really think Mike Anderson can get the best out of him.
