Please keep the email address associated with your redmen.com account up to date. This is important for you to receive system messages or the rare announcement that I may make to all users and because I don't want to receive your bounced email.
Some of you signup for forum notifications such as subscribing to a thread but your email address with redmen.com is no longer valid. So if a thread has a lot of responses these are bouncing against your account because your email address is not up to date. If just a few of you do this on an active thread, this generates hundreds of bounced messages. See the problem?
Also, please ensure that webmaster@redmen.com is whitelisted with your provider. This is particularly important for freemail providers like AOL, Yahoo, gmail, hotmail etc. I've literally had people respond to me over two years after I sent them a message because they just discovered that their Yahoo mail account had a spam folder and almost all of their incoming email was going there. One guy recently picked up a conversation started in 2009 like I had just sent him the email. It took me a while to figure out just WTF he was talking about...
I reserve the right to block your account if you cannot abide by this simple good practice and courtesy.
Thank you.
