It was just rumors, and I for one bought into it. Apologies to readers of this board and especially to Phil who has represented our school with dignity and class since the day he stepped on campus.

Hard to say at this point who the best backcourt in the country is, but certainly our backcourt has the possibility of being one of the best in the country. As I've said before, we need someone (D'Lo or Jordan would be my first 2 choices) to step up as our coach on the floor. Much like Cain, Hatten, Hardy, etc have done in past years. All three of those guys made less than stellar coaches look very good. If that happens, we can have an excellent year. If not.........

It was me. In case you are unaware you don't have the right to criticise the moderators or to tell us how to do our jobs. We are all very busy people who do the very best we can on a volunteer basis. No more no less. All Otis did was thank a poster. He broke no site rules. If you disagree with Newsman13 and Otis you are free to debate the premise of Newsman13 s post. You are not at liberty to knock Otis in his capacity as a valued moderator of long-standing of this site. Furthermore, and if may add he is always polite and respectful of others not like some of the internet bullies who inhabit this site and who would do us all a great service by disappearing.
Half this board believes Lavin cannot coach at all while the other half believes he is the greatest recruiter we could possibly ever have. I don't profess to know which camp is correct and perhaps one group will be proven correct. What I do know as a fellow moderator is that we must be respectful of one another and our respective opinions. I hope I am clear.

I agree with you about the ridiculous hijacking of just about every thread. However you broke several of the site rules in your post that was moderated - this is why it was removed not because of your opinion about negativity. Hijacking a thread to attack the same moderators that voluntarily spend their time making the forum more readable for you. Better or worse than the compulsive, obsessive Lavin haters?

I for one and I hope every member of this board appreciates what the moderators do to make this a site one which we all can express our opinions as long as we do so in a respectfull manner It is a time consuming effort which has little rewards other than to see the members supporting our team and school Having fun. Thank You All
