Nice to hear about Phil Greene. Plenty of decent money to be made chasing the dream outside the U.S.A. I wish him much success.

Phil had a wonderful game, great numbers. He makes us all proud of his play!

One thing you can say about Greene and most of his sju teammates is that when they are done playing they will have sju degrees to begin the next phase of their careers.

Yes I agree, and their hustle and giving their all on the court will certainly transfer to the next phase of the careers outside of basketball. Good for them.

Clearly he was playing against Syracuse.

He got a lot of criticism. But, he was forced to play PG initially, which he wasn't. Turned out to be solid player. Not a star, but a player you want on your team.

He is the founder of one of the greatest traditions of modern St. John's basketball: The biennial beatdown at the Dome.

He had the best five minute career in the history of SJ basketball.
