NY Post Article - Shamorie Ponds in the G League

For any who might misconstrue my following comments to have anything to do with Ponds, they don’t; wishing him nothing but success. Sounds like he is going about his business very professionally.
Having said that, excellent advice in that article for youngsters to understand the importance/advantage of being in “real” shape and realizing that basketball is much more than what you do with the ball in your hand.
