North Carolina NCAA Problems

The NCAA is so upset that they are going to bar Cleveland State from playing in the post season for the next 3 years.

I was indeed channeling The Shark!
 
As I watched North Carolina enjoy the excitement of securing a #1 seed, it made me wonder about the status of their pending case with the NCAA.

As if I wasn't already annoyed that UNC has not yet suffered any consequences, I then found this article that further elevated my nausea. Given the allegations, Roy Williams' quotes are particularly off putting.

The NCAA operates very much like our government. Some institutions are too big to fail. N.C. Is one of them and Roy Williams is well aware of that. Larry Brown got hit recently because he is coaching SMU. Were he still at Kansas he would be home free.
 
I'd like to see opposing fans start chanting "African Studies" at their games. If the NCAA will not do anything , at least there would be a little shame.
