No White Sneakers with black suits

I beg our coaches, now that Coach Gene has gotten rid of the comb-over, get rid of the black suits and white sneakers, please, looks terrible.

Seeing Coach Dunlap on the same Garden floor, where Pat Riley (a.k.a. Gordon Gecko) roamed, in his white open-collar shirt, black suit and white sneakers did not seem up-to-par. He looked like someone's dad, jumping off the LIRR driving straight to the Gym to coach his son's CYO team.
 
 I like the sneaker thing, but a different sneaker would work better. Go with black canvas low top type with white rubber on bottom. There are certainly better ways to execute. Lavs needs some more fitted tailoring on those pants as well. Good idea but execution needs to be rethought.
 
 I think Lav likes em loose because of how active he is on the sidelines whether it's kneeling down or jumping up and down or running down the sideline. To steal a term from that guy on JJ who didnt get his scmedium jungle tee shirt a " Snug " fitting suit wouldnt work. He'd split those pants right down the butt by halftime the 1st game

I could care less about he color of the sneakers. or..the color uniforms or for that matter the length of one of the asst
hair Just show me great recruits a final 4 . or better and our program among the elites That would be .great
 
The comb-over's gone? (Hope it's not been replaced with the Al LoBalbo wrap-around multi-swirl.)

I think what Moose is referring to is the fact that they wear the sneakers so that during every telecast someone mentions them and the fact that they are wearing them for cancer awareness, not some ridiculous superstition. Remember that Lav knew he had prostate cancer when they played in the CvC in 2010 and continued to wear the sneakers all season for just this reason, after which he announced his condition.
 
 Hopefully, everyone is aware of why they wear them. Personally, I like it. And, fortunately, they wear Air Force 1's rather than some of the gaudy crap that are in style.
