Nickname for Curbelo.

I know its early but may I suggest ( the Eel ). Curbeeelo.
belo from the Latin would be the masculine of "Beautiful" in Spanish, Portugese and Italian ("que bella" que bela que bela). So the English of his name is literally like "Beautiful Andre" / "Andre is Beautiful".

That said, I'm not sure if that is a great approach of nicknaming because you could run into trouble. For example Chevrolet once made a legendary fail sending their popular car the Nova to South America and no one would buy it. "No Va" = no go. Who wants a car called the Chevy No Go? But a more relevent example. Let's say you were a coach named Mahoney. mojón is a Spanish slang for feces (turd etc.) but the #1 recruit in the nation (Felipe) chose to play for a coach who in his native language was "Coach Shitty" so go figure?

I think it should revolve around his initials, AC, and how it may correlate to the oft mentioned lack-thereof in Carnesecca. In honor of him I’ll hand it off to the rest of the group to finish it. May he be the medicine mjmahar needs to stop from overheating.

I've never seen anyone with the nickname coquí, so I think I need to go with that. Does it make sense? Of course not, but that shouldn't matter.

Kinda makes sense since El Coquí is a symbol of Puerto Rico. I like it since my favorite Puerto Rican restaurant is: El Coquí. For the record, it is pronounced "cohKEY" not "cocky" El Cocky is kind cool though too. Sounds like a character from a Clint Eastwood spaghetti western.

This team will hopefully be kicking some 3's to the curb or will be kicking in some 3's from the curb. At a high rate.

When he shot .161 from 3-point range?
Clarification: That's what he shot the year before last season. (I don't mean to suggest I'm not rooting for him. Hoping he has a solid year and proves to be an important contributor to the team's success. Just think "Andre" is sufficient for now.)
