If the Johnnies win 2 of the next 3 games then it will enhance its march towards the NCAA Tournament.
 
Tonight was big because even if we go 0-3 the next 3 we are still in decent shape. We win 1 we are good. We win at least 2 we are really positioned well.
 
Creighton probably the one for us that’ll be a bonus if we win. That’s a TOUGH place to win. We can beat The Hall at their place and Marquette at home. Agreed that 2-1 we are in the drivers seat but need at least 1.

We never beat the Hall in Newark. Even when we are better. Those fans are so miserable half the time God needs to give them something.
 
Never order the #1 value meal at any fast food place. always the worst bang for the buck. Get greedy. 2 or 3 please
 
With a 4-1 start we’re in very good position. With that said let’s go 2-1 and we are well on our way to a successful Big East Season! 1-2 we’re still ok but I expect RP to rip into the kids. Let’s Go Johnnies enjoy the season RedMen!

being "due" (aka regression to the mean) is only applicable if what has happened was due to bad luck, It does not apply if you were not as good, not as prepared etc...
 
On the last “Eye on the Storm” podcast, either our guys or the guys from Providence noted that Creighton is ”soft.” Even if that’s true, winning in Omaha against a team w/ a talented 7’ 2” center (RK), pg (TA) and marksman (BS) is going to require the Johnnies bring 40 minutes of intense high-motor energy and smart-play. Hopefully, especially after a roller-coaster win against Prov, this team is up for that task. Go Johnnies!!

mjmaherjr was so angry he stormed out didn't say goodbye to our 114 crew who all went to Jersey for that game and my wife was so angry at mjmaherjr being angry she wouldn't let me drive home
