Love any rule change that cuts down on charging calls.

Happy with charging a timeout when a review fails. I also feel players should have to remain on the court during reviews as these are being used as “extra” time outs. I see no reason why players need to head to the benches.

Supposedly it was due to the way the referees identified the player who committed a foul. If they could figure it out in the pros and internationally, you would think the NCAA could.

I assume 00 (Tony Delk and Tim Doyle) is still allowed.

What is the foul/charge rule change?

Old rule was player needed to be in position to take a charge by the time the offensive player left the floor; new rule is that the player must be in position before the offensive player plants the foot he jumps off.

I like the block/offensive foul rule change. Too many defenders slide in as the off player plants a foot giving him no options as he takes off but to land on a defender.

Also 20 second reset on offensive rebounds wont be as crushing late in games for the defense.

I like goaltending review also, but v waiting to media timeout is too long
