I just learned about this; it sounds very exciting and I wonder if it will lead to more inter-connection with the esteemed Cooper Union?
Also, the old Manhattan campus had dorms, i wonder if the new one does?

No dorms in the new building.
Will have some potential academic interaction with Cooper Union, including the use of their Great Auditorium.
