I work in that building. It's a solid choice. It's nice enough of a building that it's presentable to clients, but it's inexpensive enough that you aren't throwing your money out the window on obnoxious amounts for rent. That's all they need; nothing overly fancy.
Also, it's a good location to quickly get to Laguardia (close to FDR drive); and finally it's right next to Grand Central for metro-north trains.
I sure hope that they keep a suggestion box at the front door, so I can harass them to keep the league top-notch.
