I read this weekend that the NCAA pays the various leagues approx 275,000 for each game its members play in the tournament over a six year period not counting the championship game. At the end of this tournament I'll estimate the big east members will have played some 80 games from 2014 to 2019 earning over 21 million dollars this year which will get divided among the 10 teams. Next year the number of games counted will be from 2015 to 2020.
