NCAA Selection Sunday viewing with team

I went to that one and the team wasn't even there. Actually that might have been where we first met Beast
 
Found this on the official St. John's Twitter account. Seems like the event is open to everyone and they'll have free food. Anything know more about it? JerseyShoreJohnny?

Personally, I was looking forward to going again (even without the team in attendance), but they decided not to hold one this year.

That said, there will be a pre-game reception wherever we are sent.

It's my understanding that Steve and the team are having a private Selection Sunday celebration

Check my link about from the team's instagram. It says celebrate with Lavin and the Team. Hear anything about that?

I was told that Coach Lavin and the team were having a private reception. This states something different.
 


The caption: "Be there tomorrow at the DANGELO CENTER to watch the selection show with US!! It's been 4 years since we been don't miss out #justgettingstarted @sirdom15"
 
I was told by Red/White staff that selection Sunday will be a private team/coaches event.
I guess they were wrong and misinformed. I am not surprised once again. Sorry but I don't have much positive to say about that side of administration. There is few good guys there but overall Red/White staff is a joke.
