I dont get it, I dont understand why an investigation hasnt been ordered on SU. There are allegations of sex with Bernie Fine; allegations that players took money, jewelry and had sex with Laurie. And all the NCAA does is twiddle its thumbs. If that was st johns we would have investigators all over campus. SU needs to have penalties assessed, games forfeited and tournament victories and championships removed.

If players had sex with Mrs. Fine, some would argue that was punishment enough!
As far as an investigation, let's see what gets discovered through the legal process first. If even one former player is named and it is verified, it will be a huge blow (no pun intended ) to the program.

For one, I don't think Bernie Fine having sex with kids is an NCAA violation. Not trying to be ignorant or a smart @$$....but I think thats the truth. It's sick, disgusting, and illegal, but not a NCAA violation. Thats kind of the same thing with the allegations that they had sex with Laurie Fine. It's wrong, yes, but not against the rules. It would be no different than a player taking a girl home from a party or the bar. Is it morally right? Absolutely not, but it still doesn't violate the NCAA rules. The only way the Laurie Fine thing could be an NCAA violation is if she slept with the players (while they were in high school) in order to convince them to go to Syracuse. And I would like to think that if Syracuse did use sex to convince players to go there, they would find someone alot younger and more attractive than her.

The allegations of money and jewelry offerings probably happens at every single university in the country. The NCAA probably has evidence/just-cause to investigate us if they really wanted to. Just like MLB could probably bust the majority of players for steroids, if they really wanted to. It just wouldn't be possible or make sense....
