NCAA Eastern Regional Finals at MSG

St. John's is the host for the Eastern Regional Finals at MSG. As a result of that, last March I received an offer to purchase tickets for those games which will take place at the end of this March. I purchased tickets for those games through the NCAA.Com website. I paid for six tickets and I received confirmation from the NCAA that I would receive those tickets. In October I received an email from the NCAA. In that email they confirmed the six specific seats awarded to me for those games. The other day I received my tickets for those games. I received only two tickets and not the six I ordered and for which I paid last March. I am now getting a run around from the NCAA. I have copies of all emails I received from the NCAA regarding this transaction.
Did anyone else order tickets for these games? Did anyone else not receive the number of tickets they ordered and or the specific seats the NCAA told them they would receive? Can anyone suggest anything I might do to rectify this problem? Do you think anyone at St. John's could help me rectify this problem?

That stinks. By any chance did you pay by credit card? If you did, you can dispute the charge wih your credit card. You may not get the additional four tickets, but you will at least get a refund for the four you didn't pay for.

On a totally selfish note, how come I didn't get a notice about these tickets? I don't expect you to answer that; just wondering.

I ordered 8...received 8 but 4 of the tickets were not exactly same section/seat assignment...not drastic but gave me section 2 vs. section 1...

Section 2 is much better than section 1.
I ordered 8 and was told they would be in section one, but I got 8 in section 2 that were 2 rows closer to the court!

I ordered 8 tickets and was told the seats were in section 3. When I received the tickets they are in section 2 and 2 rows closer to the court.

The NCAA sold all tickets through Ticketmaster. Contact TM customer service at (800) 653-8000.

Good luck
