Since the NCAA is allowing players to have a 5th year of eligibility what are the possibilities of the NCAA allowing an increase in the size of the roster for a year or two .How will schools be affected by decisions of present day seniors to take advantage of the NCAA decision . It has to have a serious effect on recruiting this year >

Teams still will have 13 regular scholarships.
If a 5th year player returns they would be above and beyond the regular 13.
